Promise is an end game raiding guild with tendencies of becoming one of the best on the server. That said, we have high expectations from our members. Below you will find a list of consumables we require you to have on every raid. In case you need something crafted, ask someone who is online. General guide what to have, depending on your role: 20 hp pots 40 mana pots (x2 for progression) 2 stacks of drums 40 haste/destro/etc pots 3 flasks or 20 battle/guardian elixirs 40 food Demonic/Dark runes, thistle teas, Flamecaps and whatever else you need for your class
We are using loot council. On item drop, loot master links it in raid chat. In case you need it, you type "need". Loot council, which is made of officers and role leaders, discuss it and give it to wining player. While deciding who the winner is, we take into consideration following things: Attendance, performance, attitude, current upgrade, long term usefulness(Bis list) and rank. We do not discuss our loot decisions.
